CAP Services provides a one-on-one staff to train and supervise individuals who require intense support to carry out their daily activities.
Eastpointe or other service providers typically refer individuals. CAP Services is a Medicaid program that allows individuals to be as independent as possible at home, in the community or a combination of home and community.
There is no cost to individuals for services. Transportation and training materials are included with the services offered.
Families who seek services will interview and choose the appropriate personnel to meet the needs of their loved ones. Our personnel is dedicated to the enhancement of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities to assist them in becoming as independent as possible.
A.D.V.P. Services (Adult Developmental Vocational Program):
ADVP Services is a state-funded program that provides vocational and life skills training to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ADVP also offers our consumers the opportunity for community service and inclusion by participating in the Special Olympics, Meals on Wheels, and other community activities.
