Community Support Staff/CAP
Community Support Staff will provide one on one training and/or support to individuals in the Community Alternatives Program (CAP). Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following...

Ability to work with persons with disabilities

Provides habilitative training, instruction, support and supervision to consumers
-
Provides one-on-one training and supervision to consumer at all times
-
Completes documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
-
Maintains documentation and time sheet daily.

Attends Client Needs Review Meeting.
-
Recommends measures to improve training and/or socialization as it pertains to individual consumers.
-
Compiles reports as needed by CAP Coordinator
Community Support Staff must have the following:

High School Diploma
-
Valid Driver's License
-
Transportation
