Community Support Staff/CAP

 

Community Support Staff will provide one on one training and/or support to individuals in the Community Alternatives Program (CAP). Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following...

 

  • Ability to work with persons with disabilities

  • Provides habilitative training, instruction, support and supervision to consumers

  • Provides one-on-one training and supervision to consumer at all times

  • Completes documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines

  • Maintains documentation and time sheet daily.

  • Attends Client Needs Review Meeting.

  • Recommends measures to improve training and/or socialization as it pertains to individual consumers.

  • Compiles reports as needed by CAP Coordinator

 

Community Support Staff must have the following:

  • High School Diploma

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Transportation
